This week’s session is all about finding your divine connection. Taking a few moments to discover some of the strength which is inside of us. Utilizing our breath as usual, we take a quick journey into relaxation.

We’re taking a few minutes to wrap ourselves up in some beautiful healing energy. Allowing our bodies the time to heal through stillness.

All this healing energy is within you at all times, you just need to find your breath.

Our mind and our breath can bring us not only relaxation but also healing if we desire it enough.
