I started a weekly free meditation session on November 1, 2020. I decided to record the sessions, to allow for persons who find the 7 AM start time too early, to still receive some benefit.
The purpose of meditation is not so much to become a better person or to get any special traits.
The aim of meditation is to be present in the current moment, to express and wrap ourselves in the higher emotions (love, gratitude), and to use those to bring yourself into a state of peace.
